and this is what we will be doing:

Aug 11 flight to Nairobi
Aug 12 sightseeing Nairobi
Aug 13 flight to Arushi
Aug 14 organise trek to Mount Meru
Aug 15 at the latest- leave for Mount Meru 4 days
Aug 18 summit day Mount Meru
Aug 19 rest day and organise for Kili
Aug 20- Aug 28 Kilimanjaro
Aug 29 safari

and if possible we still go to stay one or two nights in a little real village....
